In terms of the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, the person responsible for the treatment of personal data of our clients is the company called Distinctive Vacations, S.A. de C.V. (DV), with address at Carretera Puerto Morelos-Playa del Carmen kilómetro 1 más 173.33, fracción III y IV, lote 15, in Playa del Carmen, municipality of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, zip code 77710. The personal data will be used by DV to register our clients as members of Exotic Travelers and provide them with the benefits granted by our vacation club, and in general, to comply with the obligations contracted by and in relation to our clients.
For the purposes of this notice, it is understood as personal data: The full name of our clients, their date of birth, address, marital status, occupation, among others.
Our clients will have the right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, carry and limit to the processing of their personal data. To do this, they must follow the procedure established in the complete privacy notice that is indicated below.
DV may keep the personal data of our clients while the obligations contracted that gave rise to the treatment subsist, and until the limitation period of the actions derived from them.
DV may transfer personal data to third parties to carry out the purposes of the treatment, established in the first paragraph.
If clients require more information, they can access our complete privacy notice directly in the Exotic Travelers sales rooms and in the web page www.exotictravelers.com, notwithstanding that DV can send it by email, fax or any other remote means.
In the event of any dispute regarding the provisions of our privacy notice, DV and his clients agree to submit expressly to the provisions of the law, its regulation, as well as the jurisdiction of the Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa based in Cancún, State of Quintana Roo, and expressly resign to any other or foreign jurisdiction that may be in correspondence to their nationality, domicile or residence.
